Towing and Trailers Ltd cannot be held responsible for incorrectly ordered items. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item purchased is suitable for its intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you.
If you do have a problem, in most cases there is a solution.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (to be revised Dec 2013)

This regulation gives you the right to cancel your order for any reason within a cooling off period of 14 working days after you have received your goods. To cancel you need to notify us in writing within the cooling off period. The cooling off period allows you to examine the goods as you would be able to in a retail store. It does not however give you the right to try out the goods. The goods need to be returned in their original condition (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) within 5 days of cancellation. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. Once we establish the returned goods are in a fully re-saleable condition, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the goods (excluding the original shipping costs). If the returned goods are not in re-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the goods back to you.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods please notify us within 3 working days and describe the exact nature of the damage so that we can take appropriate action. Please take notice of any damage to the packaging / shipping materials. We may ask you to e-mail us a digital picture of the damaged goods or send the product back to us for inspection (within 7 working days). We will either replace the product or we will refund your payment in full (incl. shipping costs). If the product is faulty and we have asked you to send the product back for inspection, your return shipping costs will be refunded too. If no fault is found, the goods can be returned at your expense or a refund given less postage and packaging.
